
Degree in Dramatic Art, specialising in Acting.
In 1991 he was part of the 'TeatreJove' of the Fundación Shakespeare de España until 1994, when he entered the Escuela Superior de Arte Dramático de Valencia. He is currently studying for a Master's Degree in Advanced Theatre Studies at the International University of La Rioja. He has participated as an actor in plays by Shakespeare, Buero Vallejo, García Lorca, Arrabal and Nieva. His directors and teachers include Jaime Pujol, Manuel Ángel Conejero, Vicent Montalt, Eric Thamer, Christopher Sanderson (National Youth Theater GB), Bill Pinner (University College of Ripon and York St. John), Vicente Genovés and David O'Shea (Manchester Metropolitan University).
His musical and theatrical training led him to form part of the artistic team of his teacher, the stage director and Professor of Performance Antonio Díaz Zamora, in the operas DER KAISER VON ATLANTIS by Ullmann (International Festival of Contemporary Music of Alicante), MADAMA BUTTERFLY by Puccini (Puccini Festival of Valencia) and LA SONNAMBULA by Bellini (Opera Workshop of the Palau de la Música of Valencia).
He has directed Purcell's DIDO AND ENEAS and Mozart's DER SCHAUSPIELDIREKTOR in theatres in Salamanca; ALCINA by Handel, LA FINTA GIARDINIERA and LE NOZZE DI FIGARO by Mozart, LA SONNAMBULA by Bellini, DON PASQUALE and LA FILLE DU RÉGIMENT by Donizetti, LA TRAVIATA by Verdi, SUOR ANGELICA by Puccini, the zarzuelas EL BARBERO DE SEVILLA by Nieto-Giménez, EL BARBERILLO DE LAVAPIÉS by Barbieri and LA TABERNERA DEL PUERTO by Sorozábal with the Opera Workshop of the Conservatorio Superior de Castilla y León, where he has collaborated with the Contemporary Music Workshop in LA HISTORIA DEL SOLDADO by Stravinsky.
He conducts LA SERVA PADRONA by Pergolesi with the Aula de Canto del Conservatorio Profesional Pablo Sarasate de Pamplona and the Spanish premiere of LA FEDE NE' TRADIMENTI by Ariosti with the Taller de Ópera del Conservatorio Superior de Navarra in collaboration with the Academia de Música Antigua del Conservatorio Superior de Aragón.
He has been guest professor of interpretation at the ESAD Valencia, professor of corporal expression in the Master of Specialist in Music Therapy at the Pontifical University of Salamanca, in the course 'Music and Thought' of Castilla y León, professor of lyrical scene in the Masterclasses of Singing in Calahorra/La Rioja and in the Pablo Sarasate Conservatory of Pamplona.
He has been teaching Lyrical Scene at the Conservatorio Superior de Música de Castilla y León since 2000 and has been teaching at the Conservatorio Superior de Navarra between 2006 and 2013, focusing his activity on stage training for singers.
